Robyn Bostley
has been involved with music her entire life! She began piano lessons as a child, voice lessons in high school and sang in many choral ensembles. She went on to study and obtain a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance at Arizona State University. After returning to her hometown of Boulder, she taught preschool music and voice lessons. She enjoys music with her own two children and loves to see the joy music brings to a child!

Amy Hayward, singer, storyteller, writer, and mother of two, grew up in Asia and sang in bands throughout high school. She worked summers in an orphanage in Viet Nam which sparked a lifelong devotion to young children. Amy obtained a BA in education and a second BA in English Literature at Guilford College with a minor in Music. She has been teaching Musicare since 1987. In 1999, Amy and four other Musicare instructors created, Camp Oonie Koonie Cha, an early childhood music camp in Winston-Salem. Musicare and Camp OKC, nourish Amy's profound interest in children. In addition to educating children, Amy conducted workshops for teachers through Smart Start in North Carolina, and she was a key note presenter at the South Carolina early childhood educators conference. Amy and her music partner, Claire Valine have won two Parents' Choice Awards for children's music recordings.

Chamisa Logemann has over 10 years experience working with children. She is a former elementary school teacher and a Signing Smart instructor. Her greatest joy is helping kids learn something new. She has previously taught in Boulder Valley Schools and San Jose, California.  She also has experience working with preschoolers and toddlers at Head Start in Denver.  Currently, Chamisa is a stay at home mom with her 2 1/2 year old daughter, Kierra.  She is excited to be teaching the Spectacular Summer Stories classes this summer and the Signing Smart Play Class this fall at the Boulder JCC.

Kristin McLean loves teaching music to kids and their families. Singing, playing instruments, dancing and improvising, Kristin’s classes encourage children to have fun musical experiences while also learning basic music competency: the ability to sing a melody and keep a beat.  Sharing music from around the world and music with meaningful lyrics, Kristin’s classes are high energy and unique.  Kristin is the owner of Magical Music, a preschool music program, and most mornings she can be found singing and dancing in preschools though out Boulder county.  A graduate from Naropa University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies:  Music and Early Childhood Education.  She is also a registered Music Together teacher.  In 2010 Kristin gave birth to daughter Kora, who teaches her so much everyday!  Kristin says, “Don’t let the CD player make your music for you; everyone can make music!”

Amy Sherick started gymnastics when she was six years old. She competed for Boulder High School and Boulder Flyers. For the past six years Amy has been teaching at Mountain Kids in Louisville.  She enjoys seeing the kids have fun, work hard, and learn to love gymnastics.
