[IN-PERSON] Monthly Meditation Sit

Everyone has heard the terms “meditation” and “mindfulness,” but are you aware that mindful meditation can have a positive impact on your parenting skills, relationships with family and friends, and finding work-life balance? Please join us for a monthly meditation sit facilitated by Lori and Monte Dube as they explore how incorporating a meditation practice into your life can help develop a greater sense of calm and peace. After a short mindfulness teaching,
we will sit together for 18 minutes and end with a few minutes of voluntary sharing.
Feel free to come once, or monthly, and be part of an evolving meditation community
at the J. Beginners and long-time meditators welcome!

Co-Facilitated by Lori and Monte Dube.
Lori Dube is a social worker, Life Coach, and certified Jewish Mindfulness Meditation facilitator.
Monte Dube is a retired attorney, certified Jewish Mindfulness Meditation facilitator, and immediate past Chairman of the Board of American Jewish World Service.

First Friday of each month | January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6 | 9 - 9:45 am | FREE 

This program requires all individuals to show either proof of being fully vaccinated* or a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival at the Boulder JCC. 

This event will be held in person at the Boulder JCC following all of our Health & Safety Protocols. As of November 1, 2021, we are implementing a Vaccination Policy for program participants that varies by program location/attendance. Please familiarize yourself with these protocols prior to the event. As always, all Health & Safety protocols are subject to change.
