Everyone has heard the terms “meditation” and “mindfulness,” but are you aware that mindful meditation can have a positive impact on your parenting skills, relationships with family and friends, and finding work-life balance? Please join us for a weekly meditation sit facilitated by Lori and Monte Dube as they explore how incorporating a meditation practice into your life can help develop a greater sense of calm and peace. After a short mindfulness teaching we will sit together for 18 minutes and end with a few minutes of voluntary sharing. Beginners and long-time meditators welcome!
