Virtual: Women's Suffrage 100th Anniversary

On August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment legalized the vote for women. Colorado, however, was way ahead of the curve. Twenty-seven years earlier, on November 7, 1893, the state’s lawmakers passed a referendum granting women the right to vote. Join a distinguished list of Colorado women as they explore Colorado’s unique role in the women’s suffrage movement.
