[VIRTUAL] Lunch and Learn with End of Life Doula Tina Walker

Date: April 29, 2021
Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join end of life guide, Tina Walker as she describes the role of an end of life doula, when and how they can help, how COVID affects this role, and what steps we can take to become better prepared in these times. While understandably difficult to initiate and navigate, conversations about holistic care planning are instrumental in building better support for people nearing the end of life as well as the families and care advocates they leave behind.

Tina Walker is a British Physical Therapist, a Certified Life, and End of a Life Coach, and End of Life Doula. She works with her clients to help them embrace Life’s challenges and be fully present in each moment. She is dedicated to increasing knowledge around end of life preparation and changing mindset to reduce fear and anxiety around aging and death and to get the most from life!

Supported by the Lichter family in honor and memory of George Lichter, who thoroughly enjoyed the Lunch and Learn programs.
