[VIRTUAL] DEI Dialogues in the Arts: Staffing

Date: April 13, 2021
Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Join facilitator Aaron Clark of Equity Solutions to discuss how local arts organizations are grappling with issues of diversity, equity, access, and inclusion in staffing. Come ready to talk with other participants about these issues!

Community and CU Boulder leaders in the arts are invited to discuss case studies and examples that address hiring, retention, and other strategies for antiracist practice in the arts workplace.

Boulder County Arts Alliance, Boulder Jewish Community Center, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA), Boulder Potters’ Guild, Dairy Arts Center, Longmont Museum, KGNU, The Bridge Studio, and the Office for Outreach and Engagement started the Antiracism Action in the Arts Initiative to grow a local network of arts organizations that address diversity, equity and inclusion in the arts.

This is part one of a two-part interactive virtual workshop series. A second workshop on programming will be held on May 11.
