[VIRTUAL] Body Awareness is Mental Health Awareness

As part of the Mental Health Action Day on May 20, Reb Charna and Caron Robinson are offering a Virtual Happy Hour Workshop to the community. We invite you to join us with a nourishing beverage, a couple of pillows and blankets, a comfortable chair and a place to lie down. We will share with you some of the ways we maximize our mental and physical health through guided meditation, guided breathing and restorative yoga poses. We will also offer tips for good Zoom health! The practice will be 45 minutes with 15 minutes for discussion.
