uses seasonal ingredients to prepare “root to stem,” zero-waste dishes that honor
sustainability, Jewish cuisine, and the stories behind our favorite recipes.
The chef-owner of Philadelphia’s award-winning Zahav, Solomonov
offers the JCC Movement a sampling of his unique, innovative
cultural and culinary perspectives.
