Create Your JConnect Account

Creating an account in JConnect will allow you to manage your household registrations, register for upcoming programs/events, and view your program/transaction history. 

  1. To get started, visit boulderjcc.force.com 

  2. Under the login boxes, click on “Create an Account”
  3. Complete the required fields and select “Submit”
  4. You will receive a notice that an email has been sent to create a password. Please see below for instructions if you receive an error message.
  5. Check your email and click on the link to create a password. The email will be sent from JConnect@boulderjcc.org and may be in your spam folder if you don’t receive the email in your inbox. 
  6. You will be directed to your JConnect homepage

 

What if I receive an error message? 
Please see below a list of the most common error message scenarios and how to troubleshoot.

Birthday and email are mismatched

  1. Update the Birthdate field to: 01/01/1925
  2. You should receive a notice that an email has been sent to create your password 
  3. Once logged into your account, edit “My Info” to include your correct birthdate 
  4. If you are still receiving an error message, please contact a member of our JConnect Support Team at (303) 998-1900 or JConnect@boulderjcc.org 

 

User already exists

  1. Navigate back to the login page by clicking on your “Back” button or going to boulderjcc.force.com  
  2. Under the login boxes, click on “Forgot your password?” 
  3. Enter your email address in the “Username” field and click “Reset Password”
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  5. Once you have reset your password, you will be directed to your JConnect homepage

 

E-mail needs to be verified

  1. If you receive this error message, send an email to JConnect@boulderjcc.org referencing this error and the email address you entered
  2. Our JConnect Support team will update your account and send you an email that the problem has been resolved 
  3. Create your account
