Before attending the music@theJ concert “R&B and J: Celebrating the Jewish Songsmiths of the Motown Era” on October 27, learn the history of the music that fused traditions and paved new ground. Cary Wolfson is a well-known musicologist, DJ, and radio producer who started KBCO’s "Blues from the Red Rooster Lounge" in 1985. The longtime Boulder resident is also a photographic artist whose work has won numerous awards and club competitions.
