Virtual What to Watch: Best Jewish Documentaries

Date: May 17, 2020
Time: 4:00 pm

Kathryn Bernheimer will share her picks for best documentaries with a Jewish theme. Since the premiere of Shoah in 1985, the Holocaust documentary has become a staple of Jewish cinema, but in recent years documentary filmmakers from around the world have been exploring culture, history, food, music, and the Jewish experience in all its glory. Many of the most enjoyable Jewish films today are, in fact, in the documentary genre.
