[VIRTUAL] Parents and Children in the time of COVID

Date: December 9, 2020
Time: 5:00 pm

Boulder Voices for Children (VFC) will be hosting a panel discussion around issues affecting children and families in our community. The panel will feature federal, state, and local policy makers; topics will include Families First legislation, mental health needs, juvenile justice reform and how COVID-19 is increasing the gaps felt by families. Representative Joe Neguse, Attorney General Phil Weiser, County Commissioner-elect Claire Levy, and Boulder City Council member Junie Joseph will be on the panel. District Attorney Michael Dougherty will be serving as the moderator; he also has the privilege of serving on VFC’s Board. The DA’s Office is looking forward to this important and timely discussion, especially because of the great panelists.
